Examples of use are AR / VR headsets, land mobile radios and digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) cameras. The power-dense MAX77540 buck converter features 94 per cent peak efficiency and wafer level packaging that measures 61 per cent smaller than traditional quad flat no-lead (QFN) packages.

Coils for wireless power transmission offered by Würth Elektronik include five models with an integrated near field communications (NFC) antenna. The five models have receiver coils for transmission powers of up to 30, 40 and 50W and transmitters for 100 and 120W. The transmitters can be used according to the Qi (5.0W and 15W) and Air Fuel Alliance standards for charging consumer electronics such as smartphones, smartwatches, wearables, digital cameras or tablets, while also transmitting data for identification or payment applications.
