Mouser signs to distribute Torex Semiconductor
CMOS power management ICs from Torex Semiconductor are now available from Mouser Electronics following the signing of a global distribution agreement.
The product line includes micro DC/DC converters, low-power synchronous buck DC/DC converters, push-button reboot controllers, and high-performance
linear voltage regulators.
The XCL series of micro DC/DC converters offers a variety of step-up and step-down versions with built-in inductors for designs requiring a small footprint, low EMI noise, and current support up to 2A. There is also the XC9265 series of low-power synchronous step-down DC/DC converters consume only 0.5microA and are designed for battery-powered applications that require long running times.
The XC6190 is a push-button reboot controller with a low quiescent current of 0.01microA, which makes it suitable for wearable devices. The re-set timer’s set-up delay avoids resets from accidental presses and differentiates between software interrupts and hard system re-sets.
The XC62 and XC65 linear voltage regulators provide a maximum supply current of up to 2A in a small package and feature low noise, high ripple rejection, low drop-out, and low-power consumption.
