Zener diodes prolong battery time and save PCB space
Low current regulator diodes are available from Nexperia in three surface mount package options. The 50 microA Zener diodes are available in three surface mountable package options: SOT23 (BZX8450), SOD323 (BZX38450) and SOD523 packages (BZX58550) and leadless DFN1006BD-2 (BZX8850S) package.
Nano-power P-channel MOSFETs simplify bias circuitry
Claimed to be the industry’s first nano-power, precision P-channel MOSFET array, Advanced Linear Devices offers the EPAD MOSFET array as a monolithic device for low power applications and mostly-on operation. It is also claimed to offer the industry’s most precise temperature tracking characteristics while simplifying bias circuitry.
Arm-based SoC and demo board are available to test Morello
To test the Morello architecture, developed by Arm and the University of Cambridge, Arm has designed and developed an SoC and demonstrator board which contains the first example of the prototype architecture.
