ATP Electronics has become the first e.MMC manufacturer to further shrink the e.MMC size to 6.7 mm. Built on 125-ball Fine Ball Grid Array (FBGA), the new E700Pc / E600Vc solutions shatter dimension constraints, making them the world’s smallest and the first of its kind. As a further miniaturisation of the previous “smallest” package of 7.2 x 7.2 mm introduced in early 2025, the new e.MMC offerings are 67% smaller compared to standard-sized e.MMC while retaining advantages such as power savings and thermal resilience, making them ideal for applications where energy and space are premium considerations.

Nordic Semi launches Wi-Fi 6 board to speed nRF54L IoT development
Nordic Semiconductor has announced the availability of the nRF7002 Expansion Board II (nRF7002 EBII). The nRF7002 EBII plug-in board adds Wi-Fi 6 capabilities to Nordic’s nRF54L Series Development Kits (DKs), enabling developers to create high performance, energy-efficient, Wi-Fi 6-enabled IoT solutions.
Connect smart meters, trackers, and sensors with NB IoT Click from Mikroe
NB IoT 6 Click is a compact add-on development board that provides reliable narrowband IoT connectivity for embedded applications. This new Click board from Mikroe, is created around the BC65, a high-performance multi-band NB-IoT module from Quectel with ultra-low power consumption and which is compliant with 3GPP Release 13 and Release 14 standards.
Comments Nebojsa Matic, CEO of Mikroe: “This new Click board enables enable designers to prove that they can connect smart meters, asset trackers, and sensors over long distances, then begin full product development immediately without having to learn new tools or pay for expensive development kits.”
