Registration now open for Microchip’s European MASTERs conference
Microchip Technology has announced that registration is now open for its European MASTERs Conference, an in-person technical training event for embedded control engineers. The conference will take place October 12–15, 2026, at the Westin Grand Munich in Munich, Germany. MASTERs is an acronym for Microchip Annual Strategic Technical Exchange and Review and is curated to provide engineers with peer-to-peer technical training led by Microchip subject-matter experts.
The event offers an opportunity for engineers to strengthen their skills, explore new technologies and gain practical insights to accelerate design cycles. The European MASTERs Conference features more than 80 technical classes covering practical solutions for embedded designers such as transitioning from MCUs to MPUs, as well as learning how to implement 10BASE-T1S Single Pair Ethernet technology for scalable networks.
“MASTERs is about engineers learning from engineers and our goal is to help engineers solve real problems and move their designs forward faster,” said Michael Malinas, vice president of EMEA client engagement at Microchip. “It’s a place where customers have direct access to our experts to troubleshoot their design challenges, ask direct questions and learn from the people who build the technology every day.”
In addition to technical sessions, the conference features an “Ask the Experts” area with interactive demos showcasing core technologies such as embedded software, MCU systems, analog, FPGAs, motor control, power conversion, wireless connectivity and other topics. Other highlights include third-party partner presentations, hands-on labs and networking dinners designed to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing. The event also features a keynote from Patrick Johnson, senior corporate vice president of Microchip’s FPGA and Timing Business Units, highlighting key trends and innovations shaping embedded design.
